Olivine Crystal Rainforest Canopy Earrings Swarovski Sterling Silver Oxidized
These Swarovski crystals sparkle in sunlight like leaves hanging from a branch way up high in a forest thicket. This crystal color is called Olivine and it is aptly named. They are a the rich green of a mature leaf. The 4mm bicone crystals are wire wrapped with sterling silver. They are attached to a silver plated pewter bail which suspends faceted, flat pear-shaped briolettes. The crystals hang from sterling french hook ear wires. I oxidized the earrings and hand buffed them to a soft satin finish.
Swarovski was founded in 1895 by Daniel Swarovski, the inventor of a machine that revolutionized the process of cutting crystal. The crystals originate from Austria and are still made using the formulas created by Daniel Swarovski and his sons.
A green tone symbolizes nature, growth, harmony, freshness, and fertility. It is thought to be the most restful color for the human eye. It can suggest stability and endurance. Olive green is the traditional color of peace.
The earrings are 1 3/4 inches long
The briolettes are 11 x 10 mm
They will be placed in a Kraft Paper jewelry box filled with cream color crinkle cut paper and tied with a stretchy silver cord (see photo). They are mailed inside a bubble envelope. I deliberately do not put any labels or branding on the jewelry boxes. I hope this encourages you to reuse them. You will also receive a mini Ziploc bag you may store them in (to help protect them from tarnish).
If you do not want the price displayed on your earrings, just let me know. I’ll be sure to remove it. This makes it easier for you if you are shipping it as a gift.
If you would like a printed receipt included in the box, just leave a note to seller requesting one.
